30 minutes labour for loading is included in your price. If a clearance takes longer than the inclusive 30 minutes of labour additional charges may apply.
You must provide our clearance crew with safe and free access to your waste, for us to fulfil our full service.
Parking within 50 meters of the clearance must be available.
Our clearance crew will not collect any waste that is classed as dangerous to them, unless it has been stored in a safe and responsible fashion. This could be anything from broken glass to hazardous materials.

Our medium load for the Man & Van Waste Clearance Service can take 25-30 bin bags worth of waste, that’s a limit of 300kg! That’s around two and a half boots of a typical family estate car!
Although you must be sure that your waste is within 300kg, which is a restriction for this load. If your waste is a little heavier and more than 6yrd3 capacity, give our half load a try.
