Skip Hire Ordering Process
Using our online booking system couldn’t be easier. Just follow our simple five-step process to arrange your skip hire service.
We offer a wide selection of skips for domestic and commercial use, from 4-yard mini-skips through to 12-yard builders skips. We can also supply large commercial waste containers of up to 40-yards.
Skip Hire Usage
Unless agreed in advance, the hire period for all skips and containers will be no more than 10 days. Please also ensure you only load the skip / container with permitted forms of waste.
Skip Hire Waste Preparation
If you plan to place your skip on private property, make sure there is room for it and a suitable surface to place it on before finalising your order. Neither Skip Hire UK, nor our supply partners, will be liable for any damage caused to private property.
Skip Hire Permits
If you wish to place your skip on a public highway you will need a permit to do so, which is available from your local council. Should you wish, we can help you complete a permit application.
Hazardous Waste Skip Hire
Hazardous waste streams require specialist disposal. If you have hazardous materials in need of removal they cannot simply be placed in a skip with other forms of waste.
Wait and Load Skip Hire
If you are based at a location where there is no room to site or skip, or if your application for a skip permit has been rejected, our ‘wait and load’ service provides an ideal solution.
Nationwide Skip Hire
Our model of working with a network of regionally-operating supply partners collectively gives us nationwide coverage.

During the order process, we will ask you what type(s) of waste you are seeking to dispose of. This is because the disposal of some forms of waste are more expensive than others, and so will help ensure we offer you the lowest possible price. Some materials are categorised as hazardous waste and cannot be placed in any of our skips.
It is imperative that you do not fill a skip beyond the level load line, as this may render it overweight or unsafe to collect. In either case, you may then face an additional charge to remove it.
